We were delighted with the traditional Japanese experience at Yoshino. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making us feel truly welcomed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the lovely onsens were a highlight of our stay. The large lounging room with complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. we highly recommend this ryokan for an authentic Japanese experience.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Shizuoka. the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, despite being a little dated. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the free tea and coffee in the room. Lastly, the location was convenient as it was close to the grocery store, making it easy to grab some snacks or drinks.
Everything was fine, nothing that really stood out as needing improvement.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of the train station and close to a grocery store. The staff offers professional and prompt services, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The sound insulation effect in some rooms is poor, which can be a disturbance for light sleepers.

I stayed here for the ryokan experience and the kaiseki. The staff was great and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner were amazing! Variety of seafood dishes to try and the amount of food was more than enough. Free drinks on the 2nd floor. The location is good - easy walk from the station and near a 7-11 and restaurants. Private bathroom in the room. Futons were comfortable. The room did not smell like smoke. Very relaxing time and enjoyed the food.
Can recommend this hotel.

Had a great new year's stay! Loved the Japanese style of the hotel, with its tatami mats and futons. The onsen was really relaxing and well-maintained, and there were two to choose from. appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee room and the lovely service from the staff.
The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment in the bathroom. It was in a residential area, which wasn't the best location for exploring the city, but it was still convenient enough.
